Inspired by Provencal Rosés, the Rivetti decided to produce one rosé from their portfolio. The fascinating characteristics of Sangiovese and Prugnolo Gentile, permitted us to create a wine that shows great character, an intense aroma, and which is very pleasant to drink. It has a floral and fruity bouquet with hints of citrus and Mediterranean scrub.

Ironstone Cabernet Franc is rich and expressive, featuring dark cherry and blackberry flavors with layers of plum and subtle cocoa. Classic herbal notes—like sage and a touch of green pepper—add complexity, while hints of vanilla and spice from oak aging round it out. Medium to full-bodied with smooth tannins, it finishes long and balanced with a warm, slightly smoky edge.

Crisp and refreshing, with bright citrus flavours of grapefruit and key lime balanced by tropical notes of kiwi and guava. Lively acidity and subtle herbal hints lead to a smooth, textured finish.
